1. Nature of the Service
Johnson City People Search is a privately run reference service. It describes and links to records, court indexes, directories, and official lookup portals connected with Johnson City, Tennessee. We host no government records and have no affiliation with an agency, court, or records custodian.

To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages tied to use of the service or a linked resource, including a decision based on a record found through either.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the site's operators harmless from claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, caused by your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
Copyright protects the original text, logo, design, and layout. You may link to a page or quote a short excerpt with credit. Full-page republication and systematic copying are prohibited.

Tennessee law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. References to government-record access concern the Tennessee Public Records Act, Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 10-7-501 through 10-7-518, but that Act does not govern this privately operated service.

If one provision cannot be enforced, all remaining provisions continue in effect.
